What is included in each report?
Every report includes an AI verdict, confidence and risk scores, price benchmarking against curated regional data, a line-by-line scope review, red flag detection, questions to ask the contractor, a ready-to-send contractor reply draft, and negotiation insights.
What is the cross-quote comparison?
When you have 2–3 completed reports, ZunoQuote compares them side-by-side, ranks contractors by overall value, highlights pricing inconsistencies, surfaces patterns in red flags across all quotes, and gives you a recommended contractor with a clear rationale.
Can I use report credits for any trade?
Yes. Each credit works for any supported job type across HVAC and plumbing. Mix and match freely within a single pack.
What if my quote file cannot be read?
If our AI cannot extract structured data from your upload, you won't be charged. We'll prompt you to retry with a clearer image or PDF.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits do not expire. Once purchased, they remain available in your account until used.
What is your refund policy?
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase — we refund the unused portion at the price you paid. Reports you've already generated aren't refundable, but if a report didn't work or was inaccurate, contact us and we'll make it right.
What if my quote file cannot be read?
If a file cannot be processed due to a platform error, contact our support team and we'll review and restore your credit where appropriate.
Do you share my documents with contractors?
Never. Uploaded files are encrypted and retained to support re-analysis, then permanently deleted. Your data is never shared with contractors or any third party.
